Prezi

Introduction

Prezi is an online presentation tool which allows you to create non-linear, engaging presentations on an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. It is an alternative to other presentation programs such as PowerPoint and allows for multiple users to edit a presentation simultaneously. Prezi can be used on a computer and has been optimized for use on the iPad.

Things You'll Need
  • A valid email address.

  • An Internet connection.

Steps

    Create a Prezi Account Go to Prezi and click on “Log in” at the top left.

    On the following page, click “Sign up”

    On the plans page, click “Continue Free” on the right side, or if you’re a student or teacher click the “Educational Plans ->” text to get the “Edu Enjoy” plan for free.

    Once you have signed up, click the blue “Create a new prezi” button to get started.

Tips
  • The free Public Access version of Prezi automatically allows anybody with a link to your presentation access to view it. You are able to view and edit your Prezis online and you are given 100MB of space. Paid versions offer private presentations with viewer restriction options, replacing the Prezi logo with your own image, support from staff, more storage space, and the ability to work offline.

  • Click Learn & Support at the top of the Prezi homepage to explore introductory videos, join webinars, or get cheat sheets.
